I can understand what will be your feeling after reading headline. If you are normal, you are wondering now. Because nower days internet providers are competing to exploit the users. But this facility is going to available only for Chennai now. This facility will expand to other metros of India soon.
The ooha India private limited using kiosk(small booth like ATM counters) infrastructure will provide this facility to malls,educational institutions,departmental store etc. They are planning to deploy about 100 kiosk in Chennai.That means, you can't utilize this facility to browse sites of your choice.These kiosk will only provide facilty to e-shopping. Also they are planning to start this project in small cities after completing their projects in metros.
